Jasmine Jeffreys-Johnson

Holman Enterprises

My name is Jasmine, and I am the newly appointed Corporate Social Responsibility Director at Holman, as of May 2023. I'm incredibly excited as I am the first person to hold this role in our organization and truly believe I can help Holman have a positive impact on the experiences of our employees as well as the people in the communities where we live and work. I'm looking forward to this course and the people I'll meet because I know I need a lot of help and I'm sure I can learn something from everyone.

Prior to my current role, I have been with Holman in a number of leadership roles for the past seven years supporting clients, customer service teams and sales teams. Prior to that, I was in retail leadership at Target and Victoria's Secret. Through all of it, my commitment to leadership stems from a genuine desire to help people lean into their strengths, find satisfaction in what they do and reach their optimal potential. I believe success and satisfaction are different for everyone and doesn't need to follow a linear path but must start with understanding each individual and what they're own goals are in life.

Outside of work, you'll likely find me doing something with my family or with my church. I really love the church family I have especially when we get out in our communities to offer support and hope to whomever needs it. I believe the greatest thing I can do as a Christian is show others love because that's what I have been shown through my relationship with the Lord (even in the most difficult times of my life). I also love spending time with my family whenever our schedules allow it   . My husband and I are about to become parents for the first time, in January. So we're all very excited! Between my new role, this course and preparing for a baby, I'll be incredibly busy through the end of the year.
