Topic: Size Inclusion: Reflecting Body Diversity in Your DEI Programming*

Diving into the pervasive issue of size bias within society and workplaces, we'll explore its impact on product design, recruitment strategies, and policy formulation. We'll discuss how this bias affects the majority of North Americans and highlight how fatphobia impacts differently across the gender spectrum. Join us as we uncover opportunities to reflect the diverse range of human body sizes in DEI policy, programming and planning.

Dr. Sky McLaughlin and Sherilyn Trompetter are co-founders of MT Consulting Group, an award-winning Canadian DEI agency specializing in training and facilitation, workplace audits and conscious leadership.
