2022 CADIA Impact Awards

Description

The 2022 CADIA Impact Awards recognize excellence in and commitment to DEI. Every organization and individual is on a different journey, and many are making a difference every day in large and small ways.

CADIA will kick-off the ceremony with a keynote address from Idalia Hill, Principle Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Business Partner, Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, she is responsible for developing and driving culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives across multiple business organization at AWS. Hill will share insights from her 20-year career and explain the importance of self-reflection in DEI work.

Following the keynote, winners of the 2022 CADIA Impact Awards will be announced in the following categories:

  • Champion for Diverse Talent
  • Creating Inclusive Cultures
  • Leadership Commitment
  • Systemic Change

The MSU Management Education Center follows Michigan State University COVID-19 Protocols. CADIA will also follow these protocols and in addition will offer masks and hand sanitizers at registration. CADIA guests may at any time change their registration from in person to virtual without penalty.
