Topic: Second Chance Hiring*

Second chance hiring refers to the practice of employing individuals with a criminal record, also known as returning citizens. This helps reduce recidivism, fosters social reintegration, and addresses labor shortages. By providing job opportunities, businesses gain access to a motivated and often untapped talent pool, enhancing diversity and contributing to a more inclusive economy.

This will be an informative session offering tangible take aways and action steps.
