Topic: Accelerator DEI Certification Program Capstone Project Report Out

CADIA's Accelerator DEI Certification Program includes a final capstone project developed by participants and intended for broad use within the automotive, transportation and defense industries. The projects are intended to be put in your hands to implement in your own company if they would be useful. The projects are:

  • Elevate Engagement: Pathways to Reigniting Inclusive Communication and Connection
    This capstone project offers actionable strategies to rebuild trust, spark meaningful dialogue, and foster inclusive connections across teams.

  • Empowering Production: A Guide to Establishing Effective Employee Resource Groups on the Manufacturing Floor
    This project provides a practical roadmap for  ERGs that support inclusion, engagement, and community among frontline manufacturing employees.


CADIA Connects is a no-cost, hour-long Zoom meeting designed to help professionals stay connected and find common ground.
