CADIA RevUp and 2025 Impact Awards A Day of Community
RECAP
Reginald E. Humphrey, Head of Community and Social Impact, General Motors Company set the tone with a powerful acronym that redefined “RevUp”: Resilience. Energy. Validate outcomes. Unify ecosystems. Push for progress. His words were a call to action, challenging us to not just show up, but to drive change across our organizations and communities.
Dexter Sullivan, President & CEO of the Black Legacy Advancement Coalition, delivered a keynote that stirred the soul:
His message was clear: the power of community is still resilient—and the time to speak and act is now.
And Cheryl Thompson, CADIA’s CEO, challenged us to confront the shifting societal landscape. In a world where flexibility is too often viewed as a privilege instead of a productivity enabler, she reminded us that culture is not a bonus but a baseline.
