Be ready to share:

  1. LESSONS you learned whether good or bad or amazing or simply unbelievable.
  2. What you are planning or working on (or received budget for) that is EXCITING you.
  3. What GOALS are you setting for yourself, your team or your company. We would love to hear what GOALS you achieved in this last year.

The CEO Coalition for Change is a peer group of CEOs from automotive companies working together to identify, implement and share best practices in DEI. The group meets on a monthly basis to share actions, obstacles, and successes. 

The CEO Coalition for Change is open to committee members and invited guests.
