Since its founding by Angela Reyes over 50 years ago, DHDC has been a cornerstone of hope and transformation in Southwest Detroit — providing innovative programs for youth and adults, fostering economic opportunity, and building safer, thriving neighborhoods.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- DHDC’s rich history and mission
- Youth programs including robotics, tech, and entrepreneurship initiatives
- Adult workforce development through the Community Violence Interruption program and other services
- The challenges facing the community — and how DHDC meets them with creativity and resilience
- Opportunities for partnership and engagement with CADIA members
CADIA Connects is a no-cost, hour-long Zoom meeting designed to help professionals stay connected and find common ground.
