Roundtable Series - May Meeting 2026

Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) (EDT)

Description

Special time: Meeting 11 am ET, Networking 12-1 pm ET

Meeting Topic: Employee Engagement
Special in-person meeting at Mahle, Farmington Hills, MI. Join in person or via Microsoft Teams for an ally panel discussion and facilitated peer learning session focused on practical allyship strategies.

This roundtable brings together ERG leaders, executive sponsors, and frontline managers to address two urgent challenges: sustaining ERGs without burning out volunteers and engaging employees on the plant floor who are often the hardest to reach. Through a candid panel discussion and a short demo of AI-powered tools aligned with Mahle’s Copilot adoption initiative, participants will explore practical ways to reduce administrative burden while strengthening connection and impact.

The conversation will focus on rebuilding trust in a high-pressure environment, navigating workforce uncertainty, and creating ERG structures that don’t rely on heroic effort. Attendees will leave with real-world insights, proven approaches for frontline engagement, and ideas for using AI to free ERG leaders to focus on strategy, relationships, and culture.

All are welcome. Please invite ERG leaders, allies, HR teams, and DEI advocates.

The CADIA Roundtable Series is a forum for the open exchange of information and best practices for diversity and inclusion in the automotive industry and is open to roundtable members and invited guests.
