This roundtable brings together ERG leaders, executive sponsors, and frontline managers to address two urgent challenges: sustaining ERGs without burning out volunteers and engaging employees on the plant floor who are often the hardest to reach. Through a candid panel discussion and a short demo of AI-powered tools aligned with Mahle’s Copilot adoption initiative, participants will explore practical ways to reduce administrative burden while strengthening connection and impact.

The conversation will focus on rebuilding trust in a high-pressure environment, navigating workforce uncertainty, and creating ERG structures that don’t rely on heroic effort.
